As I’m a vegetarian and a non-drinker – most of this is ok.

BUT NO SUGAR?  And especially NO CHOCOLATES?  *sob*

ALCOHOL – RESTRICT / AVOID

  • 75ml Dry Wine
  • 30ml Whiskey
  • 150ml Beer

FOODS WITH HIGH FAT CONTENT

  • Full Cream milk
  • Cream
  • Pies
  • Samoosas
  • Vetkoek
  • Chips
  • Non-dairy coffee and tea creamers
  • High fat sauces (food / salad dressings)Fatty biltong
  • Dry sausage
  • Visible fat of meat
  • Processed meat (salami, pologne, fatty bacon)
  • Skin of the chicken
  • Diet Ice Cream
  • Diet Chocolates
  • Oil and Nuts (only in prescribed portions)
